【Abstract】 The content of 2-diazo-1-naphthaguinones-5-sulfonic acid is determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 407nm, using water as the solvent. In the range of 2￣40μg/ml, there exists a good linear relationship between concentration and absorbance. The relative coefficient is 0.99998. The rate of recovery and the relative standard deviation are 101.36% and 0.745% respectively.更多还原
