有机钆玻璃的研制与性能研究
STUDY ON PREPARATION ADN PROPERTIES OF GADOLINIUM-CONTAINING PMMA
【摘要】 系统地研究了钆元素含量为2.5%~10%(质量)的有机钆玻璃的合成方法,并测试了有机钆玻璃的透光率、热稳定性、热机械性能、耐溶剂性能和耐辐照性能,以及对于不同能量的X、γ射线和热中子辐射的屏蔽性能。结果表明,有机钆玻璃是一种性能优良的新材料,不但具有很强的耐溶剂性、热稳定性、较高的形变温度和X、γ射线及热中子辐射屏蔽性能,而且具有良好的耐辐照性能和透光性能。
【Abstract】 The preparation of Gadolinium-containing PMMA which contains 2. 5% ~10% (mass) of Gadolinium element was systematically studied, and the specific gravity, transparent,heat-stable,thermal-mechanical,solvent-resistant and radiation-resistant properties were measured.The experimental results proved that, the Gadolnium-containing PMMA is a kind of transparent material which has excellent heat-stable,solvent-resistant,radiation-resistant,and X,γ-rays,thermal neutron radiation shielding properties.There are approximate linear dependence between the glass transition temperature,decomposition point, demensional change starting temperature of the samples and the Gadolinium content in the samples.
