ε-己内酯与环氧丙烷嵌段共聚体的合成
SYNTHESIS OF CAPROLACTONE AND PROPYLENE OXIDE BLOCK COPOLYMER
【摘要】 用四苯基卟啉氯化铝活性开环催化剂进行ε-己内酯(CL)和环氧丙烷(PO)嵌段共聚合,制备了PCL-PPO、PPO-PCL以及PCL-PPO-PCL、PPO-PCL-PPO嵌段共聚体。
【Abstract】 The ring opening living polymerization of caprolactone(CL) or propylene oxide(PO) was carried out using tetraphenyl porphyrin aluminium cnloride(TPPAL-Cl) as catalyst in toluene at 20~80℃.The polymerization was shown in characters of living polymerization with the linear relationship of and conversion.The block copolymers of PCL-PPO,PCL-PPO-PCL and PPO-PCL-PPO were prepared and characterized.
