含纤维光交联聚氨酯固定化载体的合成及表征
SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF FIBER-CONTAINING PHOTOCROSSLINKABLE POLYURETHANE IMMOBILIZING CARRIER
【摘要】 对亲水但不溶于水的维尼纶膨体纤维进行改性,合成了一种未见文献报导的含纤维光交联聚氨酯固定化载体(FPCPU)。用来包埋枯草杆菌活细胞,其产酶活力明显高于游离细胞的酶活力,也比不含纤维的光交联聚氨酯固定化载体PCPUM要高。本文还探讨了FPCPU的合成工艺、结构表征,以及接枝前后纤维表面的形貌特征变化。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the modification of hydrophiphilic but not water-so luble vinylon bulky yarn fiber by polyehter polyurethane prepolymer.The synthesized fiber-containing photocrosslinkable polyurethane immobilzing carrier,unreported before,can successfully be used in entrapping buciffus substilis living cells producing α-amylase and get a much higher enzyme activing.The synthetic conditions,structural characterizations and the morphology changes of the fiber before and after grafting of the above FPCPU have been investigated.
