【Abstract】 In this article the veriation of thermol denaturation behaviour of collagen by means of DSC spectra,which include the pickling skin and the pickling skin tanned by verious acrylic polymer tanning agents,have been investigated.The essential distinations on reacting with collagen molecules between self-tanning agent and auxilloury tanning agent have been indicated.Furthermore the tanning agents above on collagen structure,have been discussed.With help of the "shell-core" theory"and "crystal theory" of colagen structure ,the veriation of structure and distribution state of collagen fiber by the process of tanning have been discussed.更多还原
