共混条件对HPVC/NBR合金性能的影响
THE INFLUENCE OF BLENDING CONDITIONS ON THE PROPERTIES OF HPVC/NBR ALLOY
【摘要】 重点讨论了填充剂品种、炭黑加料顺序、共混温度、共混比等共混条件对HPVC/NBR合金物理机械和相容性的影响,同时利用Brabender流变仪对HPVC/NBR合金的流变性能进行了初步研究。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the influence of blending conditions,i.e., filler sorts, adding sequence of carbon black,blending temperature,blending ratio on the mechanical properties and compatibility of HPVC/NBR alloy were discussed principally. The rheological properties of HPVC/NBR alloy were also studied elementally by utilizing a Brabender rheomaeter.
