【摘要】 对１７例糖尿病并发急性心肌梗塞与１７例非糖尿病的急性心肌梗塞患者作了配对比较研究。结果表明：糖尿病患者的无痛型心梗发生较多，心室晚电位检出阳性率明显升高，超声心动图测定左室功能受损严重。提示糖尿病并发急性心肌梗塞有其临床特殊性，并作了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seventeen cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with acute myocardial infarction were studies in matched pairs with 17 non-diabetic acute myocardial infarction cases Clinicallv.The results illustrated that the incidences of painless cardiac infarction and positive ventricular late potential were higher,and the left ventricular functions shown in echocardiography were much impaired in diabetes patients。It suggest that there are clinically peculiarities in diabetes mellitus complicated with acute myocardial infarction and a brief discussion is given.更多还原
