电镀条件对Ni-P合金镀层结构和性能的影响

【摘要】 对非晶态Ni—P合金电镀液的成分和电镀条件进行了研究,并用扫描电镜、X─射线衍射、电子探针等方法测定了镀层的结构和性能.试验结果表明:电镀液中的次亚磷酸钠含量和镀液温度的提高,镀层含磷量增多而孔隙率降低;当次亚磷酸钠含量在15%以上时,孔隙率几乎接近于零.非晶态Ni-P合金镀层在345℃以上进行热处理可得到硬度较高的晶态结构.

【Abstract】 In tis paper,the composition of electrolyte and electroplatic conditions for amorphous Ni-P alloy coating are studied,the structure and properties of coating are measured by means of SEM,X-ray diffraction,and electronic probe etc. The experimental results show that the content of sodium hypophosphite and the electrolyte temperature markedly influence on the structure and properties of coating. As increasing the sodium hypophosphite content in electrolyte and the temperature, the phosphorus content in coating is increased,and the porosity is decreased; the later.tends to null while the content of sodium hypophosphite exceeds 15%.Throught heat treatment at over 345℃.the amorphous Ni-P alloy coating translates to crystalline stracture which has higher hardness.
