新型高温钢坯长度在线测量系统
A New On-Line Length Measuring System for Hot Steel Slabs
【摘要】 提出一种新型高温钢坯长度在线测量系统。它采用三块线阵CCD摄象机的技术方案,对于钢坯±15°以内的偏摆和±1400mm的中心偏移,能进行有效的测量,由于生产现场的限制,CCD摄象机只能安装在高温钢坯的侧面。测量系统能在恶劣的现场条件下可靠地工作。测长相对误差≤±0.63%,满足生产的需要。
【Abstract】 A new on-line length measuring system for hot steel slabs is presented in the paper. It uses three linear scanning CCD cameras and the effective measurement can be carried out when the hot steel slabs are within ± 15° angle of declination and ±400mm offset distance in the CCD effective field of view. Limited by the site conditions,the CCD camera can only be installed on the side of the hot steel slabs. This system can operate reliably in bad working conditions of the steel slabs. Its relative length measuring error is≤± 63%. It can meet the demands of production.
