水平管多孔表面的凝结换热研究
CONDENSATION HEAT TRANSFER ON POROUS SURFACES OF HORIZONTAL TUBES
【摘要】 本文对水平管多孔表面的凝结换热进行了理论分析和实验研究。理论分析中,对现有的低翅管凝结换热的理论进行了补充和完善。对翅侧的换热,既考虑到表面张力的影响,又考虑到重力的作用。对光管、管表面覆盖网、表面开微型螺旋槽(三角形和矩形)及管底部嵌不同多孔排液板的水平管,进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:管外覆网可以影响凝结换热,开螺旋槽及管底嵌多孔排液*饭后,可以显著提高换热效果。
【Abstract】 In this paper, theoretical analysis and experimental investigations are carried out of condensation heat transfer on the porous surfaces of horizontal tubes. The effects of surfaces tension and gravity drainage on heat transfer of fin flanks are considered in the theoretical model. Experimental tubes are of three types: metal screen covered on a tube; micro spiral grooves (triangular and rectangular) cut on a tube surface with and without metal screen drainage strips at the tube bottom. The results indicate that the porous drainage strips produce significant improvement in heat transfer.
