锻造煤气加热炉压力及温度控制软件的实现
SOFTWARE REALIZATION OF PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL ON GAS HEATING FURNACE FOR FORGING
【摘要】 研究了锻造煤气加热炉压力及温度控制系统的结构和模式。选用STD工业控制机作为主机,采用串级并联限幅控制模式,通过对炉内不同温区温度、气体流量的采集及对空气流量和煤气流量比例的自动调节,使加热炉三个温区的控温精度达到≤±7℃,炉温均匀性≤±10℃。
【Abstract】 The structure and module of pressure and temperature control system for purpose of gas heating furnace for forging was investigated.This system takes the STD computer as the prin-cipal computer by using series-parallel connection and rigion limiting control medule,Through collee-ting temperature and gasflow and automatical adjustment of propertion of the airflow and gasflow,the temperatures of 3 bands in the gas heating furnace achieved precision of temperat ure control within±7℃and well-distributive temperature within±10。
