单向凝固时通道偏析的形成条件及影响因素
CONDITIONS AND FACTORS CONTROLLING FORMATION OF CHANNEL SEGREGATION IN UNIOIRECTIONAL SOLIDIFIED INGOTS
【摘要】 用Pb-Sn、Sn-Pb合金在薄片、圆柱锭上研究通道偏析形成的导热条件。对适当范围的温度梯度,凝固速度较小时通道偏析易于形成。对影响通道偏析的凝固界面和合金性质的研究结果表明:改变凝固界面的位置可显著减少或消除通道偏析。的合金,垂直定向凝固时也可形成通道偏析。同时,分析了这些影响规律在铸造实际中的应用。
【Abstract】 Thermal conditions for the formation of channel segregation have been studied on Pb-Sn and Sn-Pb alloy foil and cylindrical ingots.Within a suitable range of temperature gradient,channel segregation is easy to develop when solidification rate is slow. Examination of effects of solidification interface and alloy property on channel segregation leads to the conclusion:changing the position of solidification interface can markedly retard or eliminate the formation of channels.When alloys such as Sn-Pb solidify from bottom,channel segregation can also form.The application of the principle to foundry practice is discussed.
