由废弃皮革中提取水溶性蛋白质的研究
Study on the Preparation of Soluble Protein from Waste Tannage
【摘要】 采用碱土金属化合物作退鞣剂,通过控制温度、酸度等方法使皮革分子的化学键断裂。产生水溶性胶原蛋白,并除去皮革中的有害Cr(3+)离子。用本法制取的蛋白质为浅黄色粉未,溶于水,含纯蛋白质85%以上,蛋白消化率大于95%。产品中有害Cr(3+)离子含量低于20ppm。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the preparation of soluble protein by using the waste tannage as a starting material.Hydroxide of alkaline earth metals is used to treat the waste tannage under suitable hydrolytic temperature and solution acidity. The yield of product is greater than 50% and it is a kind of yellowish powder which can be dissolved in water. Its content of protein is more than 85%. The content of digestible protein is over 90%. The product contains lower than 20ppm of Cr ̄(3+) and is a good food addtive.
