聚铝氨烷-铂络合物催化α-萘酚选择性氢化反应的研究
Selective Hydrogenation of α-Naphthol over a Silica-Supported Polyalumazane-Platinum Complex
【摘要】 本文研究了二氧化硅负载的聚铝氨烷-铂络合物在α-萘酚选择性氢化反应中的催化性能。发现此催化剂在30—50℃和0.1MPa的温和条件下,对α-萘酚的氢化反应具有较高的催化活性和选择性。当α-萘酚的转化率达100%时,目的产物5,6,7,8-四氢-α-萘酚的选择性高于80%。考察了络合物中N/Pt摩尔比、反应温度、时间、溶液的pH值和溶剂等反应条件对催化活性及选择性的影响,此催化剂重复使用三次后,催化活性和选择性未见明显下降,具有良好的稳定性。
【Abstract】 A silica-supported polyalumazane platinum complex was prepared and found to be an active and selective catalyst in the hydrogenation of α-naphthol under mild conditions (30-50℃,0.1 MPa). α-Naphthol can be converted quantitatively at 50℃ in 24 h and selectivity for the formation of 5, 6, 7,8-tetrahydro-α-naphthol is over 8 0%. On the basis of XPS measurements, coordinate bonds have been formed between nitrogen and platinum atoms in the complex. The effects of various reaction parameters, such as N/Pt mole ratio in the complex, temperature, pH of solution and Solvent etc. on the hydrogenation of α-naphthol have been studied. A maximum initial hydrogenation rate was observed at the N/Pt mole ratio of 3 0. The initial rates of hydrogenation of α-naphthol were in the ratios 100∶ 82∶ 72 for neutral, acid (pH=4) and basic (pH=8.5) solutions. Ethanol was the optimum solvent for the hydrogenation of α-naphthol over Al-N-Pt catalyst. The catalyst can be reused more than three times without noticeable loss of its activity and selectivity.
