【摘要】 本研究对全国通用的３９０６种中药的性味、归经、炮制、科属、药用部位、化学成分、药理作用等７项与药性有关的因素，共４万余条原始资料，应用微机检索进行中药毒性相关因素分析。数据表明３９０６种中药中大毒药＜１％；药性属热性的中药具有不同程度的毒性占５９．６％；中药毒性还与其科属如毛艮科、大戟科、天南星科等，以及化学成分如生物硷等密切相关。结果提示使用热性中药应于慎重。更多还原

【Abstract】 More than 40,000 original data about the propertises of 3906 kinds of common used Chinese herbal medicines in seven aspects such as the nature and tast,channel tropism,drugs processing,family classfication,chemical composisition,medicinal part and pharmacological effects were computerized and the relevent factors of toxicity were analysed.The result showed that 1 % of these 3906 drugs were strong toxic.59.7% of the drugs with hot nature had the toxicity in verying degrees,and the toxicity was closely related to their family classfication and chemical composition. It is suggested that it should be with great care to apply the drugs with hot nature to clinical practice.更多还原
