环氧树脂的辐射效应
THE RADIATION EFFECT OF EPOXY RESIN
【摘要】 用IR.UV、NMR和GC/MS等手段检测并分析了经γ辐照后E51-618环氧树脂的环氧值,羟基、羧基和不饱和键的含量、聚合度以及生成气态产物的变化,发现了该体系未曾报道过的辐射引发产物,如二聚体(化合物Ⅰ,)被氧化的羟基化合物(化合物Ⅳ,和气态产物(化合物Ⅴ,),论述了该体系的自由基反应机制。
【Abstract】 The coloration, viscosity increasing and gaseous products induced by γ--ray in epoxy compounds have been reported previously. The changes of epoxide equivalent,hydroxy, carbony1, unsaturated bond, degree of polymerization and gaseous products in E 51--618 epoxy resin γ--irradiated have been examined and evaluated by means of IR, UV, NMR and GC/MS, etc. The radiation induced products such as dipolymer(compound Ⅰ), oxidized hydroxy compound (compound Ⅳ) and gaseous products (compound Ⅴ) have been first found. The radical reaction machenism in above system was discussed.
