氟化钙增敏石墨炉原子吸收法测定人发和血清样品中痕量钼的研究

【摘要】 石墨炉原子吸收法测定生物样品中痕量钼时,用氟化钙作基体改进剂,可使相的原子吸光度提高5.7倍,其特征量由原来的4.2×10 ̄(-11)g/1%吸收降低到5.1×10 ̄(-12)g/1%吸收,测定下限为0.55ng·mL ̄(-1),线性范围为0~1000ng·mL ̄(-1)。对人发和牛血清标样中痕量钼测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 raphite furnace atomic absorptionspectrophotometry(GFAAS ) was used forthe determination of trace molybdenum inserum and hair by the enhancing effect ofCaF2.The sensitivity is 5.1×10 ̄(-3)ng/ mL/1%,The calibration curve is linear for 0~1000ng/mL of molydenum,Trace molybde-num in serum and hair can be directly mea-sured without pre-separation.The relativeerror is±2%at the level of trace molybde-num in two biological standard samples.
