【Abstract】 n this paper a comparative analysis ismade of micro elements contained in the stan-dard reference material Forsythia suspensa（Thunb）Vahl by using ICP-AES and AAS,and using HNO₃-HClO₄ to digest the sam-ples,In addition,a quality control analysis isconducted with GBW 09501,a national pri-mary standard substance Codonopsis pilosula（Franch）Nannf.As a result,the accuracy ofanalytical methods are guaranteed,and reli-able data are provided for evaluation analysisof micro elements contained in the medicinalmaterial.The comparative analysis usedto de-termine micro-elements contained in Radixastragali will also achieve good results.更多还原
