巯基葡聚糖凝胶分离富集催化光度法测定痕量铁(Ⅲ)

【摘要】 研究了在硫酸介质中Fe(Ⅲ)催化抗坏血酸、溴酸钾和对氯偶氮氯膦之间的褪色反应及动力学条件,建立了动力学光度法测定痕量 Fe(Ⅲ)的新方法.其灵敏度为1.6 ×10-9g/L;测定范围为Fe(Ⅲ)0~0.12 mg/L.采用流基葡聚糖凝胶分离干扰离子,使方法的选择性有很大的提高,已用于食品和人发中Fe(Ⅲ)的测定,结果令人满意.

【Abstract】 Trace Fe(Ⅲ) catalyzes the discoloring reaction of chlorophosphonazo-PC ascorbic acid and potassium bromate (KBrO3) in sulfuric acid medium. The kinetic conditions have been studied . A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Fe(Ⅲ) is established. The sensitivity of the method is 1. 62×10-9 g/L. The measurement is in the range of 0-0. 12 mg/L for Fe(Ⅲ). The common metal ions can be separated by mercapto -containing dextran gel. The method has been used to determine trace iron( Ⅲ) in food and human hair samples with satisfactory results.
