【Abstract】 A method was developed for the determination of phthalate esters (PEs) in complex environmental samples, such as ambient air particulate, soil and plant samples. The main steps involved in the analysis are clean up with a column packed with fine silica gel (10 -40μ) and quantification with reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography e-quipped with UV detector. The overall recovery of the method for different PE is found to be more than 90%. Some analytical results of complex environmental samples were also presented.更多还原
