液相色谱法快速测定化妆品中抗氧化剂
Rapid Determination of Antioxidants in Cosmetics by High-performance Liquid Chromatography
【摘要】 本文提出了一种应用高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中三种常用抗氧化剂(没食子酸丙酯PG,叔丁基羟基苯甲醚BHA,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚BHT)的快速方法.应用微量化学法技术处理样品,提高了分析速度.样品用乙腈提取,提取液过C18微柱净化.净化液在反相色谱柱上进行测定,检测波长280nm,流动相为20%乙腈水溶液,10min内线性梯度变为100%乙睛,乙睛和水均各加5%醋酸.线性关系研究结果表明,它们的线性关系很好,回收率91.8%~100.8%,相对标准偏差0.7%~3.4%.
【Abstract】 A rapid method was established for the simultaneous determination of three an-tioxidants(propyl galate, butylated hydroxyanisole, butylated hydroxytoluene) in cosmetics by high-performance liquid chromatography. The application of the microchemical method to the sample preparation accelerates determination. After a sample is first homogenized with hexane, then extracted three times with acetonitrile, and the combined acetonitrile extracts are passed through a Sep-Pak C 18 cartridge to remove co-extracted lipids and pigments. The mobile phase is acetonitrile aqueous solution containing 5% (V/V) acetic acid, with a linear gradient of acetonitrile from 20% to 100% within 10 min. Overall recovery is in the range of 91. 8% to 100. 8% with RSD of 0. 7%-3.4%.
