离子交换预浓集-流动注射离子选择电极法测定水中氟

【摘要】 本文利用强碱型阴离子交换树脂对氟离子预浓集,与流动注射离子选择电极检测相结合建立了氟的高灵敏度、快速分析方法.柱子的富集效率达到50倍. 对于0.lμg/mL试样的相对标准偏差为3.2%(n=10),检出限为0.012μg/mL.利用通用型可调入射距离的喷壁型流通池,不但灵敏度高,而且可用于其它离子的测定.采用双柱交替采样,加快了分析的速度.

【Abstract】 The fluoride was concentrated by the strong base resins, then it was removed when the eluant flowed through the column, finally it was determined by ion-selective electrode. The sensitivity of fluoride is 50 times than that in flow injection analysis in which ion exchange column was not used, the relative standard deviation was 3. 2% for 0. 1 μg/mL fluoride (n=10). The detection limit is 0. 012μg/mL. A large-volume wall-jet cell was used for every ion-selective electrode. The distance between inlet nozzle and electrode surface can be changed through the position of inlet tube. The sampling rate was increased when double column was used.
