吡啶-2,6-二羧酸体系导数荧光分析法测定铥
Determination of Thulium by the First Derivative Fluorometry Using Pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic Acid
【摘要】 本文发现Tm3+与吡啶-2,6-二羧酸能形成荧光性络合物,研究了其发光机理,荧光法测定的最佳条件和共存离子的影响.使用一阶导数荧光技术使Tm3+的检测限达到0.04μg/mL,将该法成功地应用于钬、铒、镱、镥等重稀土氧化物中Tm2O3含量的测定.
【Abstract】 The paper finds out that thulium reacts with pyridine-2, 6-dicarboxylic acid to form a fluorescent complex. The emitting mechanism is investigated. The determination of thulium in solution system by means of m*→m fluorescence is proposed. When thulium concentration is less than 4 μg/mL, the linear relationship between concentration and fluorescent intensity is obtained. The detection limit of thulium is 0. 04 μg/mL by the first derivative fluorometry. The Tm2O3 content in several samples is determined.
