原子吸收光谱分析中石墨炉的原子化效率
Atomization Efficiency of Graphite Furnace in Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
【摘要】 本文基于石墨炉原子吸收信号与分析物原子数量间的关系导出了原子化效率公式;原子化效率测量值(β)等于计算原子化效率值(ε)乘以τ_D/τ_R(τR是原子停留时间,τ_D=ι~2/8D).采用V型舟测定了日立GA-3型石墨炉中Ag、Cd、Cr、Ge、In在各原子化温度时的β值、τR值以及它们的特征质量值.在研究的温度范围内除Ge外,τ_D/τ_R值没有明显的变化.因τ_D>τ_D导致ε>β,原子的消失过程影响着原子化效率.
【Abstract】 Based on the relationship between an atomic absorption signal in graphite furnace and analyte atomic quantities, a simple formula is drived in which atomization efficiency(β) equals to calculated atomization efficiency (ε) times τD/τR, where τR is atomic residence rime, and τD is τ2/8D. Measurement of β,τR and characteristic masses was made using a furnace atomizer (HITACHI GA-3) with V-shaped boat for 5 elements (Ag, Cd, Cr, Ge, In) over broad temperature intervals. In so far as the studied temperature, the τD/τR has no obvious change except Ge. Because τR is larger than τD, ε is larger than β. Atomization efficiency is affected by atomic loss mechanism.
