Nafion修饰玻碳电极测定痕量地尔硫的研究
Determination of Trace Diltiazem With Nafion- -Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode
【摘要】 本文以玻碳电极为基体,制备了Nafion修饰电极,研究了非电活性阳离子药物地尔硫在该电极上的测定原理及方法。将地尔硫加入到含电活性阳离子药物多巴胺的电解质溶液中, 使多巴胺峰电流下降,峰电流的降低与地尔硫的浓度对数在1.2×10~(-7)~8.0×10~(-6)mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系,本方法检测下限为6.2 ×10~(-8)mol/L;回收率范围为95.8%~104.9%;相对标准偏差为3.1%(n=10)。
【Abstract】 Diltiazem is an electro-inactive cationic drug. A method for the determination of trace diltiazem with Nafion-modified glassy carbon electrode is described. The peak current of dopamine is decreased when diltiazem is added to an electrolyte solution containing elec-troactive dopamine. There is a good linear relationship between the extent of the decrease in the peak current and the logarithmic concentration of diltiazem in the range of 1. 2()10 7-8. 0×10-6 mol/L. The detection limit of the method is 6. 2×10-8 mol/L. The recovery is 95. 8%-104. 9%,and the relative standard deviation is 3. 1% (n=10).
