8-羟基喹啉氮氧化物-钴(Ⅱ)-过氧化氢化学发光体系的研究
Study on Chemiluminescent System of 8-Hydroxyquinoline N-Oxide-Cobalt( II )- Hydrogen Peroxide
【摘要】 作者合成了8-羟基喹啉氮氧化物,将其引入Co(Ⅱ)-H2O2(OH~-)无发光的氧化还原体系中充当化学发光的能量接受体,获得了强的化学发光效应。本文对该新体系进行了研究,建立了测定微量钴的 CL分析法。该法的检出限为8.0× 10(-6)mg/ml,相对标准偏差为3.2%,用于铜精矿标样及猪肝、虾中微量钴的测定,结果良好。作者讨论了该新体系化学发光的可能机理。
【Abstract】 8-Hydroxyquinoline JV-oxide, synthesized by the authors and treated as the energy receptor, is added to Co(Ⅱ)-H2O2 system, which is the oxido-reduction of no chemilumi-nescence(CL),and high chemiluminescence is observed. The system is studied in the article, and a method for the measurement of trace Co by CL analysis method is proposed. The detection limit and the relative standard deviation are 8. 0×10-6mg/mL and 3. 2% , respectively. The trace Co of the samples in selected copper ore, pig-liver and shrimps is determined with satisfactory results . And the authors have supplied the possible mechanism of the chemiluminescence in the system.
