【Abstract】 We report a simple, sensitive, rapid and comprehensive method for the determination of opiates in human blood. It includes purification and enrichemnt of the opiates by solid-phase extraction of body fluid, followed by GC/MS analysis of the derivative with N-methyl-N-trimethylsilyltrifluoroacetamide and N-methyl-bis-trifluoroacetamide. The detection limit was 0. 75 ng morphine, 0. 5 ng codeine, 0. 6 ng dihydrocodeine, 0. 82 ng 6-monoacetyl-morphine, 1 ng ethylmorphine and 2 ng heroine.更多还原
