四氰基醌二甲烷修饰碳糊电极电催化氧化测定抗坏血酸
Tetracyanoquinodimethane Modified Carbon Paste Electrodes for Oxidation of Ascorbic Acid
【摘要】 本文用四氰基醌二甲烷(Tetracyanoquinodimethane)(TCNQ)作价体,制成 TCNQ-碳糊电极,研究了该电极的性能。电极对水溶液中的抗坏血酸(AH2)在较宽的PH和浓度范围内均有良好的电催化氧化作用,电极的稳定性良好,在AH2浓度5.0×10(-5)~5.0×10~(-2)mol/L范围内,催化峰电流与AH2浓度呈线性关系,响应时间小于 30s。
【Abstract】 A tetracyaroquinodimethane (TCNQ) modified carbon paste electrode for the specific determination of ascorbic acid(AH2) was described. Its electrocatalytic behaviour was investigated. The electrode has good electrooxidation of AH2 in a wide range of pH,and responded linearly to ascorbic acid of 5. 0 X 1(T5-5. 0 10-2mol/L, in less than 30 . The method is satisfactorily applied to the determination of AH2 in medicines.
