【Abstract】 A UV detected reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatographic determination of amino acid using G-aminoquinolyl-N-hydroxysuccinimidyl-carbamate (AQC) as pre-column derivatizing reagent was described. The results and performance were compared with classical ion exchange chromatography. It was proved that AQC-HPLC not only has excellent precision and accuracy but also high tolerance of matrix of sample, NaCl, vitamins and electrolytes (including microelements salt) added. Therefore the method is suitable for the analysis of biological materials, foods and feeds.更多还原
