镍包铁增强金属陶瓷材料的研究
RESEARCH ON CERAMIC MATRIX COMPOSITE STRENGTHENED BY IRON GRAIN WITH ELECTROLESS NICKEL COATING
【摘要】 用化学镀镍法对铁粉镀镍,然后与氧化铝粉复合制成金属陶瓷材料。研究了镀镍铁粉对材料性能的影响,探讨了镀镍铁粉增强机理。
【Abstract】 A ceran1ic matrix composite was made from alumina and iron grain withelectroless nickel coating, The influence of the iron grain on the properties of the compositematerial was investigated. The strengthening mechanism of iron grain with nickel coatingwas studied.
