新型多级环流反应器的气含率研究

【摘要】 提出了一种新型的多通道串联气升式环流反应器,研究了气含率与操作条件的关系。结果表明:两个上升区气含率与气速的关系同单级环流反应器的规律类似,且一个上升区的流动状况不受另一上升区气速的影响;两个下降区内的气含率同时受到两个上升区气速的影响。对实验数据进行回归处理得到了各区气含率与两上升区气速的经验关系式。

【Abstract】 A new type of airlift loop reactor with channels is put forword and the relationship between gas holdup and the operation condition is studied in the paper. The relationship between gas holdup and gas velocity in tow risers is similar to that of a single ALR. The flow in one riser is not up to the gas velocigy in the other riser. While the gas holdup in two downcomers is affected by the gas rates of the two risers. Experimental equitions on the relation between the gas holdup of an individul channel and gas rate in either riser have been obtained by processing experimental data.
