化学复合镀Ni—P—SiC合金的研究

【摘要】 研究了化学复合镀Ni—P—SiC合金镀液组成、工艺和镀层性能.研究的结果表明,镀液中SiC微粒含量为10~159·1(-1)时.可得到性能较好、具有很高硬度的复合镀层.

【Abstract】 The components of plating bath, process and capability of plating layer were discussed in this paper. The result showed that when the content of SiC micro dust in the plating bath reached 10-15gL-1, a better complex plating layer with very high hardness was obtained.
