【Abstract】 The transformation of banking mechanism is restricted by old enterprise system. Establishment of modern enterprise system forms the essential conditions of transforming banking mechanism. It is important to combine banking mechanism with the modern enterprise system, and seek the way of transforming banking mechanism.
