【Abstract】 The Socialistic Mixed Economy is a economy type under which the economies of varied ownership systems are combined organically to make together the progress of production, distribution, exchange and consumption of society under the guiding or control of the socialistic country. Through the refoming, it sets up "the structure of Three Poles Tube" to control the moving of national economy. utilizing the magnifying principle on managing national economy and makes a full use of relations that links in social great production to a mutual dependence. We can reduce greatly the general cost on social economy management and the investment of state under the premise to pledge economy development in line with social demands, plans and proportions. We should not analyse only the quantity proportion of the public ownership economy in a whole economy while judging the economy nature. and ought further to analyse its position in economy.
