纳米α—Fe粒子的氧化研究
INVESTIGATION ON OXIDATION OF a-Fe NANO-PARTICLES
【摘要】 粒径为20—30nm的α—Fe粒子由CWCO2激光气相热解Fe(CO);方法制备.对α一Fe纳米粒子从室温到高温的氧化研究表明,在低于150℃条件下,氧化产物为Fe3O4;200-300℃则为γ—Fe2O3;高于400℃,γ—Fe2O3转变为α—Fe2O3.高温氧化过程中无Fe3O4和FeO(浮氏体)形成用TEM和XRD分析表明,α—Fe纳米粒子氧化产物γ一Fe2O3及α一Fe2O3仍为纳米微粒,而且具有实心和空心两种形态本文还探讨了氧化物的形成机制.
【Abstract】 An extensive study has been made of the oxidation of the α-Fe nano-particles nm)prepared by CW CO2 Laser-induced pyrolysis of Fe(CO),.It has been indicated that the surface oxide formed on the α-Fe nano-particles at room temperature in air is Fe3O4.The α -Fe particles was oxidised to γ-Fe2O3 at 200℃─300℃,and at above 400℃,the γ-Fe2O3 was transformed to α-Fe2O3 gradually.The α-Fe and its oxide particles was characterized by TEM and XRD.The oxide particles transformed from the α-Fe nano-particles was still the nano-par-ticles with a size larger than the α-Fe particles.Owing to the diffusion of iron ions and the canon vacancies,some γ-Fe2O3 and α-Fe2O3 nano-particles were porous.
