热解焚烧处理放射性废有机溶剂台架试验中料液的配制与输送技术

【摘要】 本文介绍了热解焚烧处理放射性废有机溶剂台架试验中料液配制与输送技术的研究结果。试验结果表明,加入适当分散剂可促进石灰粉的分散,防止分散开的小粒子重新凝集,从而减小了粒子的沉降速度,提高了悬浮液的稳定程度,用这种介稳恳浮液进行了600多h的试验,进料情况正常、稳定,说明介稳悬俘液可满足废有机溶剂热解焚烧台架试验的需要。

【Abstract】 A technique for preparation and transport of feed liquid which is a suspension of lime powders in organic solvent was developed.Addition of dispersion agent inproved the dispersion of lime powders and effectively prevented the small particles dispersed from coagulation,resulting in reduced particle settling velocity and increased suspension stabillity of feed. In the experiment with the metastable suspension of more than 600 h steady feeding condition was attained.
