【Abstract】 In this experiment, 46 SD rats were used. Trocars were implanted In each rat’s lateral ventricle, injecting 100 ug of Hexonin A into the lateral ventricle through the trocar after the learning trial which significantly increased passive avoidance latencies in rats as measured at 24h and 48h after treatment. The data suggested that ilexonin A could play an enhancement role in the retention of passive avoidance behavior in rats.更多还原
