添加Cu元素对Al/Al2O3复合材料力学性能的影响
INFLUENCE OF ADDING Cu ELEMENT ON PROPERTIES OF Al/Al2O3 COMPOSITE MATERIALS
【摘要】 探讨了热压烧结制备Al/Al_2O_3复合材料的可能性。用SEM和XRD分析了添加5%Cu后复合材料界面的组织结构和相组成。研究了铜对材料硬度和耐磨性的影响。研究表明:Cu元素的加入可以明显提高复合材料的力学性能,同时可以使Al_2O_3的加入量显著提高。
【Abstract】 The possibility of sintering Al/Al2O3 by hot pressing was investigated in this peper. The microstructure and phase composition of the composite after addition of 5%Cu were analyzed by SEMand XRD. The influene of Cu on hardness and wear resistance was studied. The results obtained haveshown that the addition of Cu can obviously improve the mechanical properties of this mat6rtal and increase the amount of A12O3.
