Ca2+、Na+处理对水分胁迫下小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

【摘要】 本文旨在探讨Ca2+、Na+处理对水分胁迫下小麦种子发芽势、发芽率及幼苗生长的影响。实验初步表明,用0.10%—0.35%Ca2+、Na+处理小麦种子18h,在水分胁迫下其发芽率、根冠比、幼苗鲜重都显著高于水处理情形,其中又以0.25%Ca2+、0.20%Na+处理浓度效果最好。
