【摘要】 应用ＳＰ免疫组化方法，研究１１１例原发性胃癌组织ｎｍ２３表达变化与肿瘤组织分型、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、肿瘤细胞增殖和癌胚抗原（ＣＥＡ）表型的关系。发现ｎｍ２３低表达与胃癌组织分型、侵袭程度和ＣＥＡ表型显著相关（Ｐｅａｒｓｏｎ列联系数Ｐ＝０．２８．０．３１和０．３８．Ｐ＜０．０５）。ｎｍ２３低表达者淋巴结转移率（９０．４％）比正常表达者高（４７．４％，Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示ｎｍ２３低表达在胃癌淋巴结转移和肿瘤浸润中起重要作用，与胃癌ＣＥＡ表型显著相关，与肿瘤增殖无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using SP immunohistochemical method,the relation of the expression of nm23 to the morphologic pattern,depth of invasion and metastasis to the lymph nodes,proliferative activity and the expressive patterns of CEA in 111 cases of primary gastric carcinomas were studied.A significant correlation of the lower-expression of nm23 with the morphologic pattern,the depth of cancer invasion and the CEA expressive pattern was found(Pearson Contingency Coefficient P=0.28,0.31 and 0.38,P<0.05 respectively).Also,nm23 lower-expressive tumours were associated with a higher incidence of metastases to lymph nodes(90.4%)than were nm23 normal expressive(47.4%,P<0.05).It is suggested that nm23 lower-expression plays a significant role in the metastases to lymph nodes and cancer invasion in gastric carcinomas,and nm23 expression is related with the CEA expressive patterns but not with proliferative activity of gastric carcinomas.更多还原
