一氧化碳对大鼠心肌LDH及其同工酶谱影响的研究

【摘要】 对CO急性染毒大鼠750ppm(858.9mg/m~3)、1500ppm(1717.8mg/m~3)心肌LDH活性及其同工酶谱进行研究。结果表明,接触高剂量CO可使心肌LDH活性增高(与对照组相比,P<0.05),同工酶谱分析显示LDH_2降低、LDH_5增高(与对照组相比,P均<0.05),同工酶谱朝增加M亚基方向迁移。提示CO改变心肌能量代谢途径,增强无氧糖酵解以代偿CO所致的心肌缺氧。

【Abstract】 The cardiac lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)activity and LDH isozyme pattern in acutely poisoned rats with 750 ppm(858.9mg/m3)carbon monoxide(CO)or 1500 ppm(1717.8mg/g3)CO were studied.The results showed that the cardiac LDH activity increased significantly in 1500 ppm CO poisoned rats compared with controls.Further analysis of LDH isozyme pattern suggested that the amount of LDH2 decreased but that of LDH5 increased significantly in this group compared with controls.These results suggest that CO can change the way of cardiac energy metabolism and increase anaerobic glycolysis to compensate for cardiac hypoxia induced by CO.
