【摘要】 报告８例恶性肿瘤自体骨髓移植（ＡＢＭＴ）结果。其中淋巴瘤４例，乳腺癌２例，睾丸癌和急性白血病各１例。预处埋方案为大剂量环磷酰胺、足叶乙甙加全身照射或马法兰等。ＡＢＭＴ后全部患者造血功能获得重建，完全缓解５例，部分缓解２例，稳定１例。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reported 8 cases with malignant diseases(4lymphoma,2 breast cancer,1testicular cancer and 1 acute leukemia)treated by autologous bone marrow transplantation (ABMT).The main pretreatment regimens included cyclophosphamide,etoposide plus totalbody irradiation or melphalan.Hematopoietic function of all patients had been rebuilt after ABMT.There were 5 of the 8 cases achieved complete remission,2 cases achieved partial remission and the condition of another case was stabilized.The choice of opportunity and pretreatment regimens,evaluation of curative effects of ABMT were discussed in this paper.更多还原
