【摘要】 应用彩色多普勒超声心动图和核素心血池显像检测５３例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者左心室功能。结果显示患者左心室功能异常，尤其伴血管并发症者。超声心动图发现４１．５％患者左室舒张功能异常，１８．９％左室收缩功能异常。核素心血池显像显示２８．３％患者左室舒张功能异常，３９．６％左室收缩功能异常。研究表明，Ⅱ型糖尿病患者左心室功能障碍常见，多普勒超声和放射性核素可用于探测糖尿病患者早期心功能异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 The left ventricular(LV)functions were measured with color Doppler echocardiography and radionuclide cardiac blood-pool imaging in 53 cases of type Ⅱdiabetics.The results revealed LV dysfunctions in the patients,especially in those with vascular complications.The echocardiography found 41.5% of diabetics with LV diastolic dysfunctions and 18.9% with LV systolic dysfunctions.The radionuclide showed 28.3% patients with abnormal diastolic functions and 39.6% with abnormal systolic functions.This study indicates that LV dysfuntions in type Ⅱ diabetics are common and Doppler ultrasound and radionuclide can detect early abnormality of cardiac funtions in diabetics.Special attention should be paid to the characteristics and differences of these two methods.更多还原
