【Abstract】 The paper deals with the queen-cell accepted percentages and the weights of newborn queens with single-transferring larvae( STL) and double-transferring larvae (DTL)for queen breeding. The experunental results showed:(1)the accepted percentage with STL(58.11%)was close to that with DTL(62.67%)and the differences between them were not significant(P> 0.05)the (2) the differences between the weights of newborn queens with STL(H=235.96 mg)and with DTL(X=241.57 mg)were also not signfficant(P>0.05).From the results, we might sugsest that the STL could be used in queen breeding.更多还原
