TMHPP·FeCl修饰玻碳电极电催化氧化测定L-抗坏血酸
TMHPP· FeCl modified glassy carbon electrode for the electrocatalytical oxidation determination of L-ascorbic acid
【摘要】 首次将氯化-5,10,15,20-四-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基)卟啉铁(TMHPP·FeCl)修饰在玻碳电极表面,制成TMHPP·FeCl修饰电极.该电极稳定性好且灵敏度高,对L-抗坏血酸在较宽的浓度范围内有良好的电催化氧化作用.
【Abstract】 The TMHPP. FeCl modified electrode is made for the first time by modifying [chloro-5,10,15,20-tetrakis (3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)-porphyrinato]iron(Ⅲ)onto the surface of a glassy carbon electrode.The modified electrode has perfect stability and high sensitivity, and it has good electrocatalytical oxidation for L-ascorbic acid in a considerably wide range.
