以Cu-ZnO/SiO2作催化剂在甲醇脱氢制甲酸甲酯反应中ZnO的助催化作用

【摘要】 使用连续微型反应器、程序升温还原、X-射线衍射光谱及红外光谱等方法研究了在甲醇脱氢制甲酸甲酸甲酯反应(以两种方式制得的Cu-ZnO/SiO2作催化剂)中ZnO的助催化作用.研究发现,加入ZnO后,催化剂的活性、选择性及稳定性得到了提高,而催化剂的还原温度却降低,此外,还增加了Cu在载体上的分散度.根据红外光谱的结果,提出了可能的反应机理.

【Abstract】 he promotion of ZnO in Cu-ZnO/SiO2 catalysts, prepared by two different methods, for the dehygrogenation of methanol to methyl formate has been studied by means of micro-reactor, XRD, TPR and IR techniques. The results show that ZnO adding improves the activity,selectivity and stability of the copper catalysts and lowers the reduction temperature. Besides, it also increases the extent of dispersion of Cu on SiO2. According to the results of IR, the reaction mechanism is proposed.
