高温水蒸汽处理硅沸石(silicalite-1)的结构及吸附性质的影响

【摘要】 用粉末X射线衍射仪、红外吸收光谱、29Si魔角固体核磁共振、超微量电子真空吸附天平及化学分析研究水热处理对硅沸石(silicalite-1)的结构及吸附性质的影响.长期的高温水热处理,使含钠量不同的硅沸石发生结构脱铝、脱羟基作用,并会改变硅沸石骨架在室温时的对称性.经长期的高温水热处理,钠含量低的硅沸石,其Si—OH及Si(1Al)结构缺陷会消失,晶格趋于完美,而钠含量高的硅沸石,会发生部分骨架崩塌.硅沸石的疏水亲有机物的吸附性质主要取决于微观的结构缺陷.

【Abstract】 The influence of high temperature steam treating at 800℃ to the struture and adsorption property of silicalite-1 zeolite has bon investigatal using XRD, IR,29Si MAS NMR,micro-adsorption-electronbalance, and chemical analysis.Long period treating with high ternperature steam leads silicalites with different Na content to take place dealumination and de-sinanol,and changes its framework symmetry at room temperature.After treating the defect of Si-OH and Si(1Al) in low Na content zeolites disappers, and the crystal lattice approachB perfect.For high Na content zeolites, part of its framework will collapse. The hydrophobic/organophilic characgteristic adsorption of silicalite-1 depends on its micro structural defect.
