碳钢表面弧光离子渗铝层组织的研究
Study on Microstructure of Diffusion Laayer of Aluminizing with Technique of Glow-discharge Ion sutface Alloying with Arc Sources
【摘要】 本文采用加弧辉光离子渗金属技术在碳钢(10,60、T12)表面进行了弧光离子渗铝,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X-射线衍射仪以及X-射线微束衍射仪,对弧光离子渗铝层的组织进行了测定。
【Abstract】 Using the technique of glow-discharge ionized surface alloying with arc sources , Aluminizing was conduct-ed for carbon steel samples with different carbon-content(0.1wt.%,0.6wt.%,1.2wt.%).The phase struc- ture and their distributions in the alloyed layer were determined using X-ray diffraction,SEM and TEM.
