超微磁性颗粒在高分子中的分形聚集态
Fractal Aggregation of Ultrafine Magnetic Particles in Polymers
【摘要】 本文利用扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)观察了吸波材料中的磁性和非磁性超细吸收剂颗粒在高分子基体中的聚集状态,结果表明非磁性颗粒弥散分布,而磁性颗粒聚集成大小不等的团块,团块内颗粒的分布状态为分形,并测量了这些磁性颗粒聚集体团块的分形维数。利用分形模型对实验结果进行了解释,讨论了分形理论在吸波材料研究中的应用。
【Abstract】 The aggregation behaviours of ultrafine magnetic and nonmagnetic particles of microwave absorbing coat-ings in their polymer matrix (epoxy resin) have been studied in this paper. The results show that ultrafine mag-netic particles form fractal aggregates in different sizes varying from several micrometers to about 300 microme-ters in diameter, and their fractal dimensions have been determined by the sandbox method and found to be about1.89. This value is very close to the fractal dimension of cluster-cluster ballistic aggregation growth model.
