【摘要】 用电子显微镜观察糖尿病鼠模型（由链脲佐菌素制备）的坐骨神经组织，结果发现有超微结构异常。主要特征有髓鞘板层分离和变形，电子密度不均匀，轴索肿胀或萎缩，并有空泡，神经纤维和神经膜细胞内的线粒体肿胀，粗面内质网扩张。这些异常结构随着病程的加长而增加，表明了糖尿病会引起周围神经发生超微结构病变。更多还原
